Due to the nature of online shopping, all sales are final. Especially if your item has already been shipped. 99% of our items ship within 24 hours.
If there is a problem with your order that results from an error on our part, contact us as soon as possible here. Errors include shipping the wrong item (size, color, type, quantity) or not to the address that YOU provided.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the item you received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
