After 12 hours, if there was an error with your address that you provided and the address came up as valid in our system, you will be responsible for any fees we incur by correcting the problem. In other words, if you gave us the wrong address and didn’t let us know quick enough before we shipped, the error is on you and you are responsible for it. Average Shipping Times:

FREE Shipping: United States = 90%+ of our orders arrive within TWO weeks on average. Many orders arrive within one week. Some can take up to 2-3 weeks if a particular item is on back order. We do not automatically provide tracking because we are a small operation but all our orders are fully trackable via USPS. You may request tracking but please be patient as we have to prioritize our customer service at this time.  If not received by 4-5 weeks, please get into contact with us ASAP. SOME orders will take up to 4-5 weeks if they are shipped to U.S. military bases or College Campuses OR if they are high demand items with a slight back order.

International (UK + AUS) = 4-5 weeks on average, sometimes up to 6 weeks. As of 12/9/16, UK customs has been very slow, AUS has been fairly quick.

**ALASKA AND HAWAII** shipping time average is roughly 3-5 weeks to you. We do have to make special accommodations to get your packages to you but like with everyone else, your delivery is 100% guaranteed.

We typically ship within 24-48 hours(add time for holidays & weekends). You will receive a order completion email within 3-5 days after we process your order acknowledging that we have processed your order and it has been shipped. If you do not receive it check your spam folder and do not worry, sometimes email get eaten up by the server. If you do not get an order completion email your order almost certainly was shipped so don’t panic! Just get into contact with us.

We love our fans and will refund you if there is a problem with your order that results from an error on our part. Errors include shipping the wrong item (size, color, type, quantity) or not to the address that YOU provided.

Customs Policy for our International Customers Outside of Canada & The U.S.: 99% of small packages of the type we ship pass right through customs with no issues. Packages shipped to your country from outside your country are subject to VAT taxation IF the value of the goods is MORE than 135 quid. On very rare occasion, customs challenges the true value of the goods you have ordered. If that happens, you would simply provide your receipt from your purchase as proof that you did not pay more than 135 quid. But this is truly a rare circumstance. If your goods are more than 135 quid, you are responsible for any taxation. If your items are less than 135 quid and are for some reason challenged, you will be responsible for any taxation. Reason being that no taxation should be charged on any item below 135 quid per the UK’s Government rules and policies so your issue would be with UK customs. However, we love our fans and recommend you email our fast responding support in the event you have a customs related issue.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
